4 C Brazil Nuts, soaked and dehydrated
2 C Dates, pitted and soaked
5 T Raw carob powder
2 T Ground Ceylon Cinnamon
1. In a food processor, chop the Brazil Nuts. Place in a mixing bowl.
2. In a food processor, process the dates, carob, and cinnamon into a thick paste. Add to nut mixture.
3. Combine by hand until the mix is fully combined.
4. Form into desired cookie shape and dehydrate until desired consistency is achieved.
