MicroGreens

MicroGreens are the stage in a plant’s development that comes right after the “sprout” stage. At this stage the plants are rooted, but not yet large enough to be considered a “baby green.” Generally, they have yet to form “true leaves.”

The MicroGreen contains more nutrition than at any other time in a plant’s life—up to 50x more than that of mature plants.

-All of the chronic diseases can be created in lab animals by withholding particular nutrients.

-Our soils have lost 90% of their minerals since 1910—the first time they were measured.

The world’s most researched sprout.  A John Hopkin’s University study named it as the most effective anti-cancer medicine—better than chemotherapy.  They (John Hopkin’s University) held a patent on Broccoli sprouts for 5 years (for cancer treatment and prevention) until a judge ruled that you can’t patent nature.
