Cold-Infusion Herb Tea

Fresh Ginger Root, finely chopped or Food Processed
Fresh Turmeric Root, finely chopped or Food Processed

Fill a large tea ball ½ full with the Ginger and Turmeric.  Add 1 T each of the following herbs:

Licorice Root
Nettle Leaf
Rose Hips
Passion Flower
Burdock Root
Raspberry Leaf
Red Clover
Dandelion Root
Dandelion Leaf
Lemon Balm

Place the tea ball in a 1 or 1.5 gal. glass container and fill with filtered water.  Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
